Terms of Use

Effective date: January 1, 2025. These terms describe the agreement between you and Commonstep Atelier when you use this website or purchase a studio course.

Using the website

You may browse the site for lawful personal use. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy its infrastructure, or use the service to distribute harmful or deceptive material.

Course purchases

Course descriptions, prices, formats, and access periods are shown in the catalog. A purchase becomes effective after confirmation by the applicable payment service. Taxes or provider charges may apply where required.

Digital access

Unless a product description states otherwise, digital course access lasts twelve months. Access is personal, may not be resold, shared, recorded for redistribution, or used to create a competing course.

Materials and results

Students are responsible for obtaining suitable garments and supplies. Results vary with fabric, paint, preparation, and individual practice. Course guidance is educational and does not promise a particular artistic or commercial outcome.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] within fourteen days of purchase and before substantial course access has been used. Where digital-consumer rules apply, rights may differ and will be honored as required by law.

Intellectual property

Commonstep Atelier owns or licenses the course videos, written lessons, branding, and site materials. You receive a limited personal-use license, not ownership or permission to reproduce and sell our teaching materials.

Third-party services

Links or services operated by third parties are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party availability or policies.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Commonstep Atelier is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or ordinary creative practice. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
